In view of the pandemic COVID-19 and the 21 day lockdown in the country, SEBI has issued certain circulars wherein relaxations are provided in the regulations pertaining to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), REIT’s, InvITs, SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 (SAST’s).
These are timely relaxations to bring relief to the industry at large.
